These are the four methods I use, teach, and rely on. They’re simple and they work.
Most coaches wait until their program is “perfect” before they start talking about it. That’s backwards.
You want to start building demand before the offer is finished.
Create a simple landing page that says:
That’s it. No complexity. No overthinking.
Think about movie trailers (previews).
When you go to the theater, you see previews for films that aren’t coming out for months… sometimes even a year. They’re building anticipation, excitement, and demand before the release.
That’s exactly what your VIP waitlist does. If you wait until your program is live to start talking about it, you’re already late. Start collecting emails now. Start building interest now. Start creating momentum now.
Email marketing consistently delivers the highest ROI of any marketing channel. It is and always has been the King of Marketing. This is your foundation.
Example:
Before you go looking for strangers, start with the people who already know you.
Your warm network includes:
These people don’t need to be convinced you’re credible. That part is already done.
Reach out directly. Start conversations. Let them know what you’re building.
This isn’t about spamming. It’s about connection.
It can look like:
This is called social selling. It’s relational, not transactional.
If you want to go deeper into this, read my blog on social selling and how to turn conversations into clients.
Cold audiences take time. Warm audiences convert faster.
If you want clients, teach.
A live workshop or webinar is one of the fastest ways to demonstrate your expertise and convert leads into buyers.
Keep it simple:
You’re not trying to teach "everything". You’re showing people how you think and how you get results.
Examples:
At the end, you invite them to go deeper with you.
Workshops work because they combine:
People don’t just hear about your work. They experience it.
A blog is one of the most underutilized client acquisition tools.
While social media posts disappear in hours, a blog lives forever and brings readers directly to your website, which is exactly where you want them.
When you consistently publish long-form, high-quality content:
This is how people find you through organic search.
This is how someone reads your content and thinks, “This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
This is how you position yourself as a thought leader instead of just another coach posting online.
A strong blog becomes an asset. It compounds.
And unlike social media, it’s not controlled by an algorithm.
Let’s simplify it:
These are not random tactics.
They’re a system.
And more importantly, they’re stable. They don’t depend on trends, virality, or platform changes.
They’re designed to create real conversations with real people.
