Using a combination of breath, sound, philosophy and asana (physical postures), we’ll create a therapeutic yoga experience that speaks to your soul. You’ll connect with your true self, feel at home within your body, and step into the flow of life. If you’ve never done yoga before, or think you aren’t flexible enough, don’t worry. If you have a body and you can breathe, then you can definitely do yoga. I will meet you where you’re at and make your experience relaxing and enjoyable. How it works: After an in depth Dosha Assessment/Personal Health History and determining your mind-body goals, I’ll create a unique 70 minute yoga flow to fit your exact needs and expectations. You’ll get 1:1 instruction and my undivided attention at the location of your choosing; either in my Jacksonville studio or virtually from the comfort of your own home.

Pranayama

Conscious breathing is the bridge between mind and body. Pranayama is the most profound and simple way to create calm and enhance well-being. These breathing techniques will help you cultivate a clear, peaceful mind, reduce or eliminate anxiety and revitalize your body on a cellular and energetic level. During this 60 minute session, you'll receive step-by-step instruction in 3 foundational pranayama techniques: 3 Part Breathing (Deergha Swasam), Humming Bee (Brahmari) and Nerve Purification (Nadi Suddhi). You will learn several methods and techniques that will enable you to tap into the sense of calm that exists deep inside your mind. No matter how busy, anxious or restless you may be, we’ll work together to create a personalized mindfulness ritual. In addition to meditation instruction, you’ll also experience a guided relaxation and pranic healing visualization.
